Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support center-based ABA services across North Carolina. You will oversee treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure are required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and working with families is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (average 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training at least once per month.
• Ensure ethical programming and supervision across center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and supervise RBTs.
