Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs across centers. You will ensure ethical, individualized treatment plans and oversee staff, including RBT supervision hours. The role emphasizes data-driven progress and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure are required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (~25 billable hours per week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings as needed.
• Document progress reports and ensure ethical, individualized programming.
