Bierman Autism Centers in Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for children. You will design Treatment Plans, supervise therapists, collaborate with caregivers, and ensure ethical, individualized programming.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure in states of practice.
• Experience with autism, ABA, and early intervention preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with caregivers and teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and supervision of therapists.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and supervise RBTs.
• Stay current with research and best practices.
