Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Denton, TX is seeking a BCBA to join our in-person team. You’ll supervise RBTs, co-treat with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers, and base decisions on our STEP Score and data-driven plans.

We offer a defined growth path, free in-house CEUs as a BACB ACE Provider, a $500 annual PD stipend, and a robust benefits package. Expect a 6–8 client caseload and 28 billable hours weekly.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and TX licensure required.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication essential.
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions (sitting, standing, bending, lifting up to 45 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and intakes; own the plan for each client.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
