Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to oversee assessments, treatment planning, and supervision for children with autism across multiple centers in Illinois and Texas.

Applicants should hold BCBA certification, a Master's in ABA or related field, and be licensed where required. Join an interdisciplinary team with SLPs, OTs, and neuropsychologists in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• State licensure where required (Illinois or Texas).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and developmental needs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Therapists.
• Run your own intakes and report writing.
• Provide family training and guidance.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and mental health providers as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Education

Gracent Pediatric Therapy and North Shore Pediatric Therapy are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across 16 centers in Illinois and Texas.

Compensation & benefits

• $82,000-$100,000 base salary plus bonuses
• $50/hour supervision bonus above 30 hours/week
