Qualifications

• BCBA certification and IL license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication.
• Commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and intakes; develop plans for each client.
• Mentor RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Collaborate with families and co-treat with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
