Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a BCBA to supervise RBTs, oversee clinical quality, and co-treat alongside SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals in Wheaton, IL. You will develop and monitor assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans tailored to each child.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating plans, mentoring newer BCBAs, and collaborating with families to ensure coordinated care. In-person role with a strong growth path and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification, IL licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication.
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based treatment plans.
• Run your own assessments and intakes; your assessment, your plan, your client.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
