Job summary
Gracent is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time in-person role involves providing clinical oversight for RBTs, writing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals. Qualifications
Licensed BCBA in Illinois and in good standing.
Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.
Responsibilities

Write and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Coach, mentor, and train RBTs.
Partner with families to set meaningful goals.
