Job summary

Gracent is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time in-person role involves providing clinical oversight for RBTs, writing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals. Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA in Illinois and in good standing.
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for RBTs.
• Write and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Coach, mentor, and train RBTs.
• Partner with families to set meaningful goals.
• Collaborate with SLPs and OTs to deliver care.
• Ensure high standards in documentation and plans.
