Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy seeks a BCBA for full-time practice in Wheaton, IL. You will supervise RBTs, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and conduct assessments to guide client-focused care. You will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers to ensure cohesive care.

You’ll lead clinicians, contribute to interdisciplinary teams, and advance a pathway for growth while practicing in a day-to-day in-person setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and IL license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and proactive communication.
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans.
• Run assessments and intakes with client-centered plans.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Collaborate live with families and other therapists.
