Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Denton, TX to lead clinical decisions on complex autism cases. The role emphasizes data-driven practice, collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and mental health professionals, and a clear path for professional growth.

You will supervise RBTs, design and monitor treatment plans, and partner with families to implement evidence-based interventions on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and TX licensure in good standing.
• Proven clinical judgment and proactive communication.
• Ability to mentor RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based treatment plans.
• Run assessments and intakes with client-centered plans.
• Mentor RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Collaborate with families and other therapists in real time.
