Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Denton, TX, is seeking a BCBA to supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals.

You'll co-treat a caseload of 6–8 clients, receive 16–20% supervision, and build your practice with data-driven decisions through the STEP Score and family reports. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and TX licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication.

• Ability to perform essential functions including physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor individualized, assent-based treatment plans.
• Run assessments and intakes; your assessment, your plan, your client.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
