Qualifications
- BCBA certification, licensed in IL and in good standing.
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Genuine commitment to children navigating autism and developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
- Write and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Run assessments and intakes for clients.
- Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers.
