Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Southlake, TX seeks a BCBA to lead clinical quality and supervise RBTs, co-treat with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers, and drive data-based decision making.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and TX licensure in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs and co-treating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality.
• Write and monitor assessment-based, assent-based treatment plans.
• Run assessments and intakes; plan and implement interventions.
• Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals in real time.
