Job summary

Hopebridge in Apex, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized intervention programs for pediatric learners. In this fully equipped center, you will assess behavior, design plans, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Train and support families to ensure consistency across home and clinic.
