Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to advance pediatric autism therapy in a center-based setting. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to deliver evidence-based care.

You will also mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows, support caregivers, and participate in ongoing training and clinical rounds.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to deliver holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinic settings.
