Job summary

Hopebridge seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric autism therapy in a center environment. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct behavioral assessments, and collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists to deliver evidence-based care.

The role includes mentorship of clinical staff, a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA credential is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
