Job summary

Hopebridge in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric autism therapy in a center-based setting. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required (ABA, special education, psychology or related field).
• Active BCBA credential in good standing required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: work daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative flexibility: complete treatment planning, PO updates, and admin tasks during WFH days.
• Parent & caregiver support: train families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
