Job summary

Hopebridge seeks a BCBA to join our pediatric autism therapy team in a center-based role. You will design intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and work with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care for children.

You will mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows, lead treatment planning, and support families with coaching and training. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential active and in good standing.
• Licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the practicing state.
• Experience delivering ABA-based interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentor RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and new BCBAs on clinical practice.
• Complete POC updates and treatment planning during work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families for home and clinic consistency.
