Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead pediatric autism therapy programs in a fully equipped center. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and plan-of-care updates during administrative days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
