Job summary

Hopebridge, a leading provider of pediatric autism therapy, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized intervention plans in a center-based setting. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and mentor clinical staff, while maintaining a caregiver-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete POC updates and planning during dedicated WFH days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Train families to ensure consistency across home and clinic.
