Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Florida team. You will practice independently and supervise RBTs to ensure effective ABA programming and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans.

This role collaborates with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs, working across centers and community-based settings. Monday–Friday schedule with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree.
• Experience working with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA.
• Experience in managing/supervising others.
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions.
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children ages 18 months to 12 years.
• Conduct assessments specific to clients’ needs.
• Develop ABA programming to client’s needs.
• Practice excellent time management of service deliverables.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide training to caregivers.
• Provide in-home or community-based wrap-around services as needed.
• Provide parent/guardian collaboration.
