Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality service delivery in centers and community settings.

You will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with BCaBAs and BCBAs to support families. A collaborative, growth-oriented environment with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with diverse ABA audiences.

Responsibilities
