Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs across our Massachusetts centers. You will manage client progress, design treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to maximize outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible for certification in practice states.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training at least once per month.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and oversee ABA programs in center and community settings.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and BACB supervision hours.
• Document activities per BACB guidelines and funder requirements.
