Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on evidence-based ABA interventions, supervising behavior technicians, and developing individualized treatment plans for children in center-based and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification and licensure in states of practice.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with MacOS.
• Experience with CentralReach and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct caregiver training in clinic and home settings; minimum one training per client per month.
• Maintain relationships with parents and supervise behavior technicians.
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings; supervise RBT hours.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Oversee assessments and ensure ethical, individualized programming.
• Lead and supervise staff; participate in ongoing research and professional development.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community; support initial assessments.
