Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA therapy across our Massachusetts centers. You will design treatment plans, mentor staff, and ensure ethical, individualized client programming with regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states where practice is expected.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with caregivers and colleagues.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescribed fulfillment goals as directed by Clinical Director.
• Achieve hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equal to an average of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training per client per month.
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity.
• Oversee programming in center-based and community settings as applicable.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients.
• Oversee ABA programs including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Direct and supervise behavior technicians and oversee supervision hours.
• Keep up to date with current research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist Clinical Directors with Initial Assessments as needed.
• Take on supervisees for BACB student supervision as needed.
• Assist with Interim Care as needed for potential clients.
• Document all activities according to BACB and funder guidelines.
