Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs across our centers. You will design and monitor treatment plans, train caregivers, and ensure ethical, data-driven programming while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure required, TB test and fingerprint clearance.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, behavior reduction.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients’ families.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization goals averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Develop and monitor Treatment Plans; update progress reports.
• Supervise behavior technicians and oversee RBT supervision hours.
• Ensure programming is ethical, evidence-based and aligned with BACB guidelines.
