Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Massachusetts is seeking a BCBA to lead pediatric ABA programs across our centers. You will design treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practice in both clinic and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test prior to employment.
• Experience in early intervention, precision teaching and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans (TP) for assigned clients.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and supervise behavior technicians.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients and maintain documentation.
• Maintain ethical, individualized programming with data-driven decisions.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
