Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs across our centers. The role includes supervision, program design, and collaboration with families in both clinic and home settings.

This full-time, exempt position operates Monday–Friday, with no travel, at our Rhode Island centers. Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, disability coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active in practice.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in ABA and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (avg. 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and collaboration sessions.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training per client.
• Oversee ABA programs, oversee RBT supervision hours.
• Lead and supervise therapy staff and supervise supervisees as needed.
• Document activities per BACB and funder guidelines.
