Bierman Autism Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs across center-based settings. The role emphasizes building outcomes, supervising staff, and collaborating with families to advance client progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA/BCBA-D with a strong ABA clinical background.
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with precise data collection.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly and monthly billable hour goals (25/wk) and client authorization targets.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home.
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise behavior technicians.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and monitor client progress.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
