Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a BCBA/BCBA-D licensed clinician to lead and oversee ABA programming for children with autism in our New Jersey centers. You will supervise therapy teams, design treatment plans, and ensure ethical, individualized programming in clinic and community settings.

The role offers a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000, full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 8:15am–4:45pm), and comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401k, health/dental/vision, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions (minimum 1 per client per month).
• Ensure ethical, individualized client programming and oversee overlaps with staff.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs in center and community settings; supervise RBT hours.
