Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey to join a teaching hospital–level environment focused on pediatric therapy outcomes. The role emphasizes supervison of therapy staff, development of treatment plans, caregiver training, and coordinating center- and community-based programs.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Detail oriented and adaptable to team needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with MacOS and data tools such as Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents; conduct caregiver training per client monthly.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and oversight with supervision of RBTs.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings; update TP progress reports.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans; supervise/monitor ABA programs.
