Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is building a Teaching Hospital for pediatric therapy with a focus on outcomes and clinician development. We seek a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs, collaborate with families, and drive ethical, individualized treatment across our New Jersey centers.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Detail oriented and adaptable to team needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS.
• Familiarity with CentralReach and Tableau.
• Maintain required licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions.
• Ensure ethical and individualized client programming with supervision of behavior technicians.
• Oversee programming in center-based and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and monitor ABA programs.
• Direct, lead and supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
• Stay current on research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with initial assessments and supervise BACB students.
