Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs at our New Jersey centers. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services, supervising staff, and collaborating with families to support child outcomes.

The BCBA will design and monitor Treatment Plans, ensure data-driven progress, and stay current with ABA research. On-site work supports our Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend travel required.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Active licensure in practice states where applicable.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment or program goals as directed by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly goal of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions in clinic and home settings when appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with families and provide caregiver collaboration.
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and documented per BACB guidelines.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA.
