Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA‑D) to join our team in New Jersey. You will lead ABA programs, supervise staff, train caregivers, and ensure ethical, individualized client programming across center and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCBA-D certification and be licensed where applicable.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions (min 1 per client per month).
• Oversee ABA programs and supervision hours; supervise behavior technicians.
• Update progress reports and oversee/monitor programming in center and community settings.
