Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise therapy teams across our Massachusetts centers. The role focuses on maintaining ethical, individualized programming and delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, conduct assessments, design Treatment Plans, and ensure progress reporting while supporting parental training and caregiver engagement. Competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required; licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to supervise and lead behavior technicians.
• Excellent written and oral communication with families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equal to 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training.
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise RBTs to ensure program integrity.
• Document all activities per BACB guidelines and funder requirements.
