Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across centers. You will supervise therapists, design treatment plans, train caregivers, and ensure ethical, individualized programming with high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA‑D certification required.
• State licensure in applicable states.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• ABA/early intervention experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (average 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with families and provide caregiver training.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs across center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and oversee assessments.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBTs.
