Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts to lead and supervise ABA therapy programs across our centers. You will design treatment plans, oversee staff, ensure ethical, individualized programming, and drive outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states are required.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (average 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings as appropriate.
• Maintain client programming with ethical, individualized care and supervise behavior technicians.
• Oversee center-based and community-based ABA programs; update progress and reports.
• Lead and supervise RBTs and student supervisees; ensure BACB guidelines compliance.
• Engage in ongoing research and best practices; contribute to program development.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with Initial Assessments and assist Clinical Directors as needed.
