Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Current NY LBA licensure required.
- Master’s in ABA or related field.
- Experience with early learning curricula and assessments.
- Experience supervising RBTs and ABA program delivery.
- Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
- Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
