Job summary

MonArk ABA Therapy in Ottawa, Ohio seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality care.

Required: Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and Ohio license. You’ll perform FBAs/functional analyses, data analysis, and family training, working in-person with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification and Ohio license in good standing.
• Experience conducting BCBA responsibilities (FBAs, assessments, program development).

Responsibilities

• Conducts skills assessments and FBAs per funding sources.
• Develops behavior intervention plans and treatment plans.
• Provides supervision to RBTs and tracks supervision hours.
• Collaborates with families and reviews progress to adjust plans.
