Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA and BCBA certification required.
• Ohio license to practice as BCBA in good standing required.
• Meets BACB requirements and maintains certification.

Responsibilities

• Conducts behavioral assessments and/or functional analyses as needed.
• Develops and updates behavior intervention and individual treatment plans.
• Completes FBAs, FAs, and evaluation reports for potential patients.
• Provides ABA services to clients and families.
• Trains and supervises RBTs and monitors competency assessments.
• Ensures supervision hours for RBTs meet BACB requirements.
• Maintains high-quality documentation and notes for compliance.
• Collaborates with families to review progress and adjust plans.
• Supports ethical and evidence-based interventions.
