Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Therapy in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans for children with autism. You will partner with families, mentor RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with clinical leadership in a center-based setting with regular hours and strong mentorship culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• COBA licensure (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills.
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support.
• Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director.
