Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Northampton County, PA. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents, perform assessments, develop ITPs, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote meaningful progress.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA in good standing, PA LBS license, and a Master's in a mental health field with relevant experience; clearances must be current.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) required.
• Master's degree in mental health field with 1 year paid experience.
• PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances within 2 years.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Complete assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and develop ITPs.
• Supervise BHT-ABAs/RBTs and deliver trainings.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with schools (IEP/CASSP meetings).
• Monitor data and adapt programming.
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
