Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA services for children and adolescents in Lackawanna County. You will complete assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve learner-centered goals.

You will supervise BHT-ABAs/RBTs, train caregivers, and participate in IEP/CASSP meetings while collecting and analyzing data to drive program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and develop ITPs.
• Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs/RBTs with training, modeling, rehearsal and feedback.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with schools on learner-focused outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt programming and participate in supervision and team collaboration.
