Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC. is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lehigh County, PA to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents.

You will lead assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and supervise support staff while collaborating with families, schools, and the multidisciplinary team. You will work in a center- or home-based setting, with opportunities for professional growth, paid training, and benefits as a W-2 employee.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in good standing
• Master's in a mental health field with experience with children/adolescents
• Valid PA LBS license and clearances in PA within 2 years

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA services to children/adolescents
• Supervise BHT-ABAs/RBTs and deliver training
• Collaborate with schools and families on IEP/CASSP
• Monitor data and adjust programming as needed
• Engage with multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
