Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking Licensed Behavior Consultants (BC-ABA) to provide one-on-one ABA services for children and adolescents in Carbon County, PA. You will contribute to assessments, data-driven planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Role emphasizes family and school partnerships, supervision of staff, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team. On-site positions with growth opportunities across PA locations.

Qualifications

• A valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) – Required.
• BCBA Certification (Preferred).
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal. And FBI clearances (within 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Complete Assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, caregiver interviews, observations) and develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans.
• Direct and Supervise BHT-ABAs through Behavioral Skills training: instruction, modeling, rehearsal and feedback.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP and CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.

Education

Master's Degree in a mental health field
