Job summary

MATRIX BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Northampton County to deliver individualized ABA services for children and adolescents. You will develop evidence-based treatment plans and lead a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll supervise BHT-ABAs/RBTs, train caregivers, and work with schools to achieve learner-focused outcomes. A strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and professional growth is essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification in good standing.
• PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) Required.
• MS/MA in mental health, 1 year documented paid experience with children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Complete Assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and develop evidence-based ITPs.
• Direct and Supervise BHT-ABAs/RBTs through Behavioral Skills training.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and Analyze data to adapt programming.
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
