Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Luzerne County, PA, is seeking Licensed Behavior Consultants (BC-ABA) to provide individualized ABA services to children and adolescents. The role includes developing treatment plans, supervising BHT-ABAs, and collaborating with families and schools to promote growth.

Candidates should hold a PA LBS license and ideally a BCBA certification, with a Master’s in a mental health field and relevant clearances.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LBS license (required).
• BCBA certification preferred.
• Master's degree in a mental health field.
• PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Develop ITPs and complete assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs in supervision and training.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools on outcomes and IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor data to adapt programming.
• Participate in supervision, training and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
