Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Allentown, PA is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) to provide individualized ABA services to children and adolescents. You will complete assessments, develop ITPs, supervise staff, train caregivers, and collaborate with schools to support learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) is required.
• BCBA Certification is preferred.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one year of paid experience with children/adolescents.
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans.
• Supervise BHT-ABAs through Behavioral Skills training, including instruction, modeling, rehearsal, and feedback.
• Train caregivers and partner with schools to support learner-focused outcomes and participate in IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor and analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Engage in supervision, training, and team collaboration; build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
