MATRIX BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS, LLC in Schuylkill County is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized ABA services to children and adolescents, guiding assessments, treatment plans, and multidisciplinary collaboration with families and schools.

As a BCBA, you will supervise staff, train caregivers, and monitor progress to improve communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive clinical team environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification in good standing – Required.
• PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) – Required.
• Master's Degree (MS/MA) in a mental health field and one year paid experience with children/adolescents.
• Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances (within 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and develop evidence-based ITPs.
• Direct and supervise BHT-ABAs/RBTs with Behavioral Skills training.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with schools on learner outcomes and IEP/CASSP meetings.
• Monitor data and adjust programming as needed.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
