Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lackawanna County to provide individualized ABA services to children and adolescents.

You will develop ITPs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and schools to achieve learner-focused outcomes. The role offers competitive pay, paid training, free CEUs, tuition discounts, PTO, health benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

BCBA Certification in good standing – Required.
A valid Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (LBS) – Required.
Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one year paid experience working with children/adolescents.
Valid PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances (within 2 years).

Responsibilities

Provide individualized ABA services to children/adolescents.
Develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
Supervise BHT-ABAs/RBTs through training and feedback.
Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor data and adjust programming as needed.
Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
